I share my house with my son who is at university and 1cat and 2 very well behaved dogs. The room is a small single Room

All outside shoes must be taken off before going upstairs. A £10 per month contribution towards such items as use of washing machine,toilet,paper,washing up liquid and cleaning products . Use of washing machine must be limited to week days. I don't provide Breakfast ,but you are welcome to use kitchen. The front room is for my use only ,television and Wi-Fi are available in your room.
