Hi Welcome to my homestay room. Located 6 miles from Belfast City in the Greater Metropolitan suburbs it is semi-rural, and surrounded by beautiful parks and walks down to the sea. The bus service is frequent in and out to the city. There are also taxis and Ubers. All amenities, shops and mall are within walking distance! There is free parking available if you have a hire car. No visitors allowed unless approved by Graham. Social alcohol is acceptable. Keeping noise to a minimum. Keep communal areas clean and tidy. If you smoke please leave the building as it is fitted with smoke detectors and it's not allowed. No pets allowed. There are 3 flights of stairs to climb. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible. There is no elevator. Please clean/remove shoes at the door. Integrity is expected from all guests and the host.
