THE NEIGHBORHOOD: It is a very quiet residential area, located between the towns of Godella, Rocafort and Burjasot, where there are all kinds of services and shops. Please leave things as you find them and keep common areas clean and orderly. - Remember that this is a NON-SMOKING house, but YOU CAN SMOK ON THE TERRACES without any problem. Please respect it. - IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO EAT IN THE BEDROOM. You can do it in the kitchen office, in the dining room or on any of the terraces of the house. - Use the fridge and freezer, but DO NOT MAKE A BIG FOOD PURCHASE, as there must be space for everyone. - To avoid superfluous electricity expense, when you leave the room, please remember to TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING and the lights. - The house has a pine forest and a SHARED POOL with 5 other houses in the family. Feel free to use them but, please, do so with discretion in attention to the good coexistence with the other co-owners. NO NUDISM or TOPLESS is allowed. - Please maintain the SECURITY of the house by LOCKING the main door when you leave and at night. - Feel free to use the KITCHEN to heat up or prepare a light meal, but please leave it clean and tidy when you're done! - If you need to WASH your clothes, let me know and I'll do your laundry myself. And remember that the use of the WASHING MACHINE or the DRYER has an ADDITIONAL COST (€3/load). Please DO NOT do LAUNDRY IN THE BATHROOM as this causes damp/mold. - So that we can all rest, try to be SILENT AT NIGHT. - Please do not invite OTHER PEOPLE to our house.
