Burnham Beeches is a 10 minute walk from the house. Centrally located between the M40 corridor and the M4 Motorway, we are 40 mins to Oxford city centre and 40 mins to London. Trains from Slough take approx 20 minutes into Paddington.

1) No smoking within the house 2) Guests are free to use the kitchen but need to clean up after use themselves. 3) If guests are staying for long term (>2 weeks) they will be responsible for cleaning up their rooms. 4) Guests are free to use the kitchen diner for meals, but should avoid eating in their bedrooms.
