Nobody to be invited into our home unless agreed with owner. No overnight guests. No drugs, alcohol or smoking allowed. Guests must have full covid vaccinations as we have. Kitchen/dining room use is reasonably restricted access only, discussed on arrival. With rising costs of utilities students are preferred to study from college during daytime unless willing to pay extra charges, agreed in advance. There are, of course, exceptions due to illness.
