He is an 11 yrd Aussiedoddle. Our house is in a wonderful neighborhood close to transit and lots of shops. We recently renovated completely. Washroom is upstairs. Guests are welcomed to use the kitchen upstairs and the backyard.
No sleep over guest. No smoking Laundry after 7pm. No loud music.
