Hello and welcome to Arnhem! A spacious furnished room in the city center of Arnhem. Perfect for solo travellers or people who'll start their internship or work life here. Kitchen available between 7.00 - 20.00 hours 2 toilets: one downstairs, one upstairs Bathroom: showering possible between 7.00 - 21.00 hours Towels, pillows, blankets and sheets provided 24/7 internet & TV Silent hours between 22.00 - 08.00 hours Flexible check in and check out times between 7.00 - 19.00 hours based on agreement & availability. Washing machine & dryer available after consultation with host. Minimum stay 5 nights, maximum stay 14 nights. The room is only availble for 1 person max, no visitors allowed. Homestay will charge you 25% deposit, payment of the 75% balance upon arrival in cash. When you decide to leave before the check out date OR break any of the house rules like smoking, doing drugs or causing any non accidental damage, HomeStay will be notified and you will need to leave a.s.a.p. without any pay back.
Some basic rules to live happy: - be sweet to my cat and me :) - but no, he is not allowed in your room - shoes off at home - kitchen available between 7.00 - 20.00 hours - showering & flushing upstairs toilet only between 7.00 - 21.00 hours - quiet hours between 22.00 - 08.00 hours (no loud music, no phone converstations etc) - no slamming doors - no visitors allowed - clean up after yourself in shared spaces - please recycle - no smoking ! - no drugs !! Please respect my privacy and house rules :) Some additional information: The street is in general very quiet but some city noises can be heard. The room is not fit for people working from home.
