Located in the nice quite neighborhood of Waterford Green. Few steps from restaurant,pharmacy,optical clinic, medical clinic,dental clinic, fitness center,grocery store etc. few minutes bus ride to a big mall and few minutes ride to the airport, downtown, hospitals, schools(Red River College, University of Winnipeg,University of Manitoba-Notre Dame campus). House is Bungalow that was Built in 2014, convenient spacious comfortable with 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom.Room available are located in the lower level with complete appliances, kitchen, bathroom and living room will be shared with a very nice one female guest. Rent include internet, comfortable bed with complete beddings,provide suitable laundry facilities, we orient the guest to winnipeg to familiarize the environment, neighborhood, teach them the bus route, help them to feel at home and we treat all our guest as a family. Me and my husband was migrated from the Philippines 18years ago,im working full time during the days as a medical office assistant and my husband working full time during evening as a press operator.We have a 13years old son,8 years old and 3years old daughter, and my 68 years old mom are living with us. We are family oriented, helpful, trustworthy and God fearing people we are fun and loving family that easy to get along with.

Always lock the door when going out and going inside the house. 1-2 guest only and no guest after 10pm. Turn off the lights and all electronics and unplug when not in use. No smoking inside the property and no drugs.Always let us know if going home late.
