Leafy London suburb We live on a quiet road in a leafy suburb in the south-east of London. Our spacious and comfortable house is nearly 90 years old with a nice red brick front. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and a large kitchen with a breakfast bar. The dining room opens onto a patio that is perfect for barbecues in the summer time. I love cooking and baking so you can enjoy some tasty treats from time to time! We are two people living in the house and have no pets but plenty of hospitality to share with you! The Bromley shopping mall which has a range of shops as well as a Saturday market with stalls set up by traders from other countries of Europe, is within 10 minutes walk, where you will also find a host of restaurants, pubs and other eateries. Convenient to travel to Central London. Railway Station is within 5 minutes walk
House Rules Please keep to mealtimes and inform me as soon as possible if you will not be requiring any meals. Please keep our home secure and take care of your bedroom, the bathroom and other rooms in the house when you are using them Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm please Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over please agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) - Paypal account will be informed.
