Feel at home in our quiet neighborhood in a cozy bedroom with a private bathroom. I am located 35 miles from Downtown Atlanta. The room features a Queen size bed, a folding desk, a bookshelf, full length mirror and tons of natural light. Guest will have access to the computer room, living area and kitchen. There is coffee, tea, water and breakfast snacks available for guest.
No parties or events No smoking in the home, you are welcome to smoke on the back patio. Additional Guest - I understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay overnight during your stay. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact me in advance. There's an additional guest fee, after the second guest. If you do have a guest/s please provide the name of each guest. Security - I have two security cameras located in the living room and in the computer room. The cameras are facing the TVs for security purposes. They are visible, please do not touch them. Accidents and/or Spills - I understand that accidents and spills. But I do ask that you please let me know when they occur. Chances are I can fix them.
