Our home is very spacious and quiet, 3 rooms upstairs, one is a master bedroom, the other 2 share a bathroom, we have access to a community pool, basketball and tennis courts, my wife and i live in another room in the first floor, we have 2 daughters that live on their own, the oldest, a nurse, lives across town and has 3 kids, one boy(10) and 2 girls(4 & 2) our youngest, a veterinarian technician, lives out of state, i work as a technician with the local telecom company, my wife stays home and helps with our grandchildren when needed
no overnight guests, no alcohol drinking, no drugs, follow local safety guidelines due to covid -19, have to be fully vaccinated prior to arrival payments can be made by paypal - the address will be provided after the booking is confirmed Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
