I rent a quiet, comfortable, and spacious room for students and researchers. My apartment is pleasant and in a great location in the Tijuca neighborhood (close to the Uruguai Metro, shops, and related areas).
I try to keep the environment clean, organized, and pleasant. Therefore, I ask that dishes be washed when using the kitchen; clothes be hung out if your clothes need washing; and room and house be organized (and household chores shared). We can negotiate household chores in a way that's manageable for everyone.
