We are a quiet family living in a spacious and bright apartment located in a premium residential area of Barcelona, very safe and quiet, near the Alfonso Comín roundabout. My husband, my daughter, and I live at home. We rent a spacious room with a queen-size bed and a closet. The bathroom is private (for the exclusive use of the guest), although it is not in the room. You will also have access to a refrigerator, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electricity, gas, and a communal pool. If you need it, there is also parking available. The area is very quiet and has excellent connections: just a 7-minute walk from the nearest metro station, line 3, and 5 bus lines are less than a minute from the apartment. The neighborhood has a supermarket within a 2-minute walk, a pharmacy within a minute, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. This rental is for ONE PERSON ONLY and is designed for someone who values peace, cleanliness, and mutual respect. We strive to offer a welcoming, family-like atmosphere, ideal for relaxing or concentrating on work.

Only one person is allowed per stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Parties and outside visitors are not allowed. Use of the kitchen is welcome, provided it is left clean and tidy after use. Cooking and the use of appliances are not permitted after 9:00 PM, in order to respect rest times. Respect for rest times and the tranquility of the surroundings (voice volume, music, calls) is expected. The pool is available during the hours established by the community, which will be communicated upon arrival. The apartment must be kept clean and tidy during the stay. The bedroom and bathroom are for the exclusive use of the guest; the rest areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) are shared with the family. Use of the washing machine is limited to once a week.
