We are a couple of professionals (35yo) living in Irvine, CA. We have a nice room with big windows, a TV and a spacious closet. We currently have two twin beds and a spacious bathroom only for our guests. You will have access to our kitchen, living room, laundry room, as well as all the communal spaces, which includes hot tub, pool, bbq areas, garage, tennis court, basketball court, and more. We are very respectful, easy going, and like our privacy. We are looking for clean and respectful people, either students or professionals, who want to explore California while staying with us.

Not many rules. Clean up after yourself, be respectful, and if in doubt–always ask. We are young and easygoing people, we will get along just fine :)
