You may enjoy a smoke in the outdoor areas. **Cleanliness:** Please keep the apartment tidy and clean up after yourself. There’s a designated space in the fridge and a dry food shelf labeled with your room's name for your food storage. **Damage and Extraordinary Cleaning:** Accidents happen, and that’s okay! If there's any accidental damage or serious mess, please let us know right away. There may be fees for extra cleaning or repairs if necessary ** Extra Guest Policy:** For the comfort and safety of all guests, no additional visitors are allowed. **Garden Info:** You can access the garden through **411 Hart Street** (lower level entrance, code: **4114**) to relax and enjoy the space. **Heat / Air Conditioning:** We have a central air system. Please be mindful of closing the windows, unless for airing! And we have extra fans and heaters if needed.
