First of all, when you enquire, please tell us about yourself: age, interests, occupation, and send a photo. Note that all guests must be over age 25, and that 2 guests is the maximum occupancy. Only potential guests who have supplied some basic autobiographical information will be considered. Now, our house! We live in the historic center of Tavira in a lovely restored 18th century townhouse on a quiet residential street, 5 minutes' walk from the main square and the Roman bridge. Yours is a large room, 40m2, with your own entrance, your own bath, kitchenette and 16m2 sunny, plant-filled patio. It's on the ground floor. Everything in Tavira is within walking distance: restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, the boat to the beach, bus and train stations. I don't provide breakfast, but you can make your own meals in your own kitchen. The six months of November- April inclusive, we offer the studio on a monthly basis for 650€ a month, all bills included: internet, cable TV, water and electricity. It's an ideal writer's or artist's retreat, or home base for house-hunting in the area. Or just a sunny place to escape the harsh northen winter. Please let me know if you have any questions.
