It’s just me at the house. I’m a full time English teacher at a local high school. The room is spacious and includes all amenities/utilities.

Please be respectful. This is a quiet neighborhood. No overnight guests or large parties. I have a large backyard perfect for hosting so small gatherings are ok. Also, I have two Siamese kitties who must stay inside at all times.
