Sporty in the suburbs

I live in a large 3 bed apartment in south County Dublin, a few minutes walk from Cherryood Luas (tram) station. The tram takes approximately 40 minutes to get into the city centre. There are also good transport links to Dun Laoghaire and Wicklow for days out and walks in the mountains or by the sea. There are two bathrooms, a large living area and kitchen space. I have a balcony for the days the sun does appear.
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Close your room window in your room if you are going out. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm please, as we go to bed early! Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance
