Our house is located in one of the most vibrant yet peaceful, suburban and safe neighborhoods of Jaipur. Three fully furnished private luxury bedrooms with superior quality mattresses, premium linens and cushy towels. Bed & Bath : All 3 Bedrooms feature a King sized bed & an AC, have an en suite modern bathroom & a dressing room each with a wardrobe. Out of these 3, one room is situated on ground floor & the other 2 are on 1st floor. The guests will also have access to : Living & Dining : The living room is the perfect spot for a group of friends or family to sit together and relax after a long tiring day. This space features a huge cushy sofa, a center table and exquisite furniture. Kitchen : A fully equipped kitchen with bespoke finishes & modern furnishings. Garden Area : An ideal spot to grab a cup of coffee & chit chat with your loved ones. The guests will have exclusive access to the rooms and the attached bathrooms. Living room, Dining Area, Garden Area & Kitchen will be on a shared basis with the host.

•Guests are required to provide Passport/Visa details at the time of Check-In & fill up registration form & guest register as required by the Law. •The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age. •Children accompanying adults must be between 1-5 years. •Check-in time is after 1200 hours and Check out time –1000 hours. •Early check-in or late check-out shall be chargeable. •Switch off the Electrical & Electronic appliances & water connections when not in use. •Visitors and Parties shall not be allowed. Room service is not available. •Storage of intoxicating or other items of combustible or hazardous nature in rooms is strictly prohibited. •Please keep kitchen absolutely clean and clear after use. •Smoking, Alcohol and Drugs are strictly prohibited in all rooms. •Parking of vehicle is entirely at owner's risk. •Owner is not responsible for guest's personal belongings or valuables. •Guests shall be charged for any loss or any damage to the property and all goods set up in the said property. •Owner shall not be held responsible for power cuts and water cuts. •House-keeping service provided only on request. •Taxes shall be charged as applicable. •Loud music or noise in the rooms is prohibited as a mark of comfort of other society members. •Only Vegetarian food can be prepared at home, on prior intimation, for a nominal charge. •Meals (Lunch/Dinner-Veg./Non-Veg.) can also be ordered from restaurants or food ordering apps as per their actual food menu prices and delivery charges. •Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room on additional payment of INR 700/- •Extra bedding for children above 5 yrs of age. •All disputes are subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction.
