I live in a lovely,modern three bedroom house with a beautiful garden. You will have a large bedroom with double wardrobe,desk and shared bathroom. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room available to my guests. There is also a laundry room with dryer and washing machine . The house is situated close to shops and buses in Waterford at walking distance to the Setu university and close to city centre. My family consists of my daughter and my two grandchildren who live locally.
