Near by park and kids playing area. Chances of seeing Aurora too. 2023 is incredible so far , able to witness couple of times . We have two rooms one larger room with Queen Bed , Office Desk and lot of additional space. second bedroom is with Single room with office desk and chair. Both the rooms and one full bathroom are at the upstairs. Dedicated Parking space and lot of road side parking. Additional heating and non heating fan available. 100 cleaning charges One full washroom is dedicated to guests in room 1 and 2. No visitors allowed .. no smoking/alcohol/drugs
