I am a single retired women living in Woodstock, GA. I have hosted students in Chicago and Rockford, IL for over 10 years and have recently moved here to Georgia. I have two extra bedrooms. One room is a single room, the other is a double.

Living room with TV is shared. Kitchen is shared and if meals included dinner time will be designated. Rooms are to be kept neat and clean. No meals after 9 pm can be made. If coming home late i.e. after 11 pm, notification must be sent via text or call. Laundry is available but needs to be in full loads. Bathroom items are to be kept neat and within the owners personal items. There is a cat living in this home, so it must be recognized that that this is her home too.
