We’re happy to welcome you to our home and want to ensure that your stay is safe, comfortable, and respectful for everyone. Please read the following house rules carefully: GENERAL HOUSE RULES 1. Check-in / Check-out: • Check-in: After 3 PM • Check-out: By 11 AM 2. Quiet Hours: • 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect others in the home. 3. Cleanliness: • Keep your bedroom tidy. • Clean up after yourself in all shared spaces (bathroom, kitchen, living room). • Do not leave personal belongings in shared areas. 4. Guests/Visitors: • No guests or visitors without prior permission. KITCHEN USE • Light cooking is allowed between 8 AM and 9 PM. • Please clean up immediately after use (including dishes, counters, stove). • Label your food in the fridge and use only your own items unless offered. BATHROOM USE • Keep showers under 20 minutes to respect others need to use the bathroom. • Leave the bathroom clean and dry after each use. • Dispose of sanitary items in the bin, not the toilet. LAUNDRY • Laundry : 1 load per week, between 9am- 7pm • Please coordinate times to avoid conflict with other guests or hosts. SECURITY & SAFETY • Always lock the front door when you enter or leave. • Do not share keys with others. • No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the house. RESPECT • Be respectful of all housemates and family members. • No loud music or parties. • Treat the home as if it were your own.
