My house is spacious and bright, with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, basement game room, office, open kitchen with breakfast nook, family room with formal dining room and living room. Kitchen and Family room open to a 2-tier deck with bar-b-que, fire pit and patio furniture to sit and relax. In the summer, enjoy a dip in the heated pool or nap on a hammock in the shade or in the sun. Sip coffee in the morning or a refreshing ice tea at sunset and enjoy local wildlife. The neighborhood is tree lined and quiet, off the main roads but within 1 mile of SEPTA R3 Regional Rail line and the Media-69th Street Trolley. Also 2 mile from main access routes, Rt. 476, Rt. 1 and I95. I am very active, enjoying outside activities and sports events, born and raised in the area, so can provide suggestions on tourist locations and local hidden treasures. I live with 2 big but very lovable, friendly and well behaved dogs.

Please make sure all doors and gates are closed and locked so the dogs do not wonder away!! Please do not adjust the heat or air condition settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after! Please do not invite strangers into my home; if you would like to invite a friend or guest, just agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
