I am an architect and also work from home. My interests: travel, foreign languages, culture, nature and the environment. I'm also interested in politics and social affairs. As you can see in the photos, I also like to take pictures.... I speak good German, English and Italian. My knowledge of Spanish and French is very limited, but I understand quite well. To relax, I like to cook and bake. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room, 1 balcony, 1 entrance, 1 bathroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen. You would only have to share the bathroom with me. You can schedule a specific time to use the bathroom if you have to get to work or college early in the morning. For your information - the apartment does not have a lift.
- Payment: A full month's rent must be transferred in advance. The booking is only legally valid after the transfer! Cancellation, always in writing: > Up to 14 days before the first night: free of charge. > Up to 7 days before the first night: 75% of the month's rent. HOUSE RULES: - Unfortunately, the kitchen is very small. Cooking small meals is possible, but must be completed by 9 p.m. After that, only the microwave is allowed! Always (!) clean the stove, sink, and work surfaces thoroughly after use. - Only the guest room is rented. Shared use: > The bathroom > The kitchen > The hallway > The balcony > The living room by arrangement - Always lock the front door - Do not eat meals in the room, but at the dining table. Do not store food in the room. - Please invite or bring guests/strangers only after prior arrangement. - Air and tidy the room in the morning. - The bathroom has a bathtub, but it is only used for showering.Please remove hair and foam and use a wiper. Don't forget to ventilate! > Please keep showering as short as possible. Water is a precious commodity! You can help keep the rent as low as possible. - Use of the washing machine is free once a week by arrangement, washing powder included. - The shared rooms are thoroughly cleaned on Saturdays or Sundays. I'm happy to accept help. :-) Rewards include homemade cake (if available) and fresh cappuccino.

The 1.60m bed: good mattress, pillows and duvets are made of down or wild silk, the bed linen is cotton. Bed linen every 2 weeks fresh to you, - you must overlay the bed itself. Double curtains.
