No pets, no smoking, no loud music, no additional guests and no anti-social behaviour please! Payment is required 7 days in advance by bank transfer please. If you cancel before the 7 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations 7 days or less before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. For bookings made less than 7 days in advance, payment by bank transfer is required immediately in order to confirm the booking. Breakfast is available at £7 per person, if booked in advance. It includes muesli, cereal, fruit, fruit juice, eggs, yoghurt, semi-skimmed milk, bread for toast, butter and marmalade. Tea and coffee is already in the bedroom.
