Property features include: - 1 furnished bedroom with ceiling fan, blockout blinds and curtain, built in robe, queen bed, mattress, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, 1 desk, chair and lamp, drawers, laundry basket - 1 furnished lounge room with pull out couch, TV unit, TV, ceiling fan - Access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, toilets x 2, laundry, courtyard - Access to parking, either in the driveway (car shuffle), visitor parking (pending availability) or street parking at the front of or behind the complex Complex features: Tennis court, swimming pool, BBQ area Walking distance to public transport (5 minutes), 2 parks (less than 5 minutes), Zillmere Village and train station (10 minutes) Less than a 10 minute drive to Westfield Chermside, 40 minute drive to the City or 45 minutes on the bus

Clean up after yourself around the house, in the kitchen and bathroom. Clean the room before leaving. Change and wash own bedding and towels every 2 weeks. Use the air conditioner reasonably (not running all night).
