Pretty low key, tidy but nicely kept place with a very chill teacher. It's central to the city, at the end of Ponsonby road and Kroad, but a quiet street tucked away from the noise. The house is a 3 level townhouse. With a shared kitchen/living area and your own bedroom upstairs. Looking to rent out the room during November, December and Jan before my cousin moves back in.
