Private bedroom and bathroom. 10 minute walk from waurn ponds train station, which can take you to melbourne. About a 5 minute bus ride away from Deakin University Waurn Ponds. About a 25 minute bus ride away to Geelong. You can park your car on the nature strip, if you have one. Clean, simple room with a private bathroom, and kitchen access. Pretty sweet garden, so you can meditate if you're into that. Crappy home gym with a barbell, and an actual gym within walking distance. Please no pets.

Pretty simple really, we're quite easy going. Just keep your room reasonably tidy, and wash your dishes and clothes. If you don't trash anything, we'll probably get along fine! And if you play Guitar the better
