Please note that this is a two rooms apartment and you will be sharing the apartment and the toilet with me, having your own room with double bed. Most of the days I will work from home. There are two sets of stairs to get at the apartment (just in case you have disability).

No parties allowed; No smoking allowed; No pets allowed; Not allowed to bring people at home either to visit or sleep; No loud music between 10pm - 8am; Please close the room window before leaving home; Please make sure the room lights and heater are switched off when leaving home;
