Only 15 minutes from the city centre. Walking distance from lots of diners and coffee/breakfast bars. Our sustainable house that has finished building in 2019 is part of an interesting development area. With solar cells on the roof and floor heating and hot water from the earth. The studio is 36 square meters on the ground floor. It has a high ceiling (4m20) and sitting window in the front. The sleeping area has normal ceiling hight (2m60). The studio has oak parquet floors with floor heating and cooling. There is a 'Fresh-R' unit that provides for clean air in de studio and bathroom. A marble mosaic floor in the hallway. - 1 double bed (1m40) - high speed wifi internet - kitchen with an induction hob and microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and more - dining table with 2 seats - 1 sofa - separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower As our guest you have access to the private hallway that leads to the studio and your private bathroom. The chairs you can take outside to sit in the sunny front. There's a park and canal in front of the house where it's nice to swim in summertime. Please note: - We have two city bikes for rent (€12,50 p day each). You can go on the subway and free ferry with bikes. - If you have specific wishes let us know. We want to make your stay as pleasant as we can. - We live in a residential area. We care about the peace and quiet of our neighbours. Therefore we don't welcome Night Owls and/or Smokers. - The studio is on the ground floor. It is very suitable for people with walking disabilities.
