Perfect if you are looking for a cozy and private place, disconnect from your worries in this spacious and serene space, located on the outskirts of the city of Oaxaca, we have two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double bed, a full bathroom exclusively for guests, a kitchen, a dining room, a laundry area (washing machine), a living room with a TV (platforms such as Netflix, HBO, Prime Video, Disney +), a garage area for two cars, a garden and a terrace where you can relax, do yoga and enjoy the best sunsets.

We love welcoming your furry friends! To ensure a comfortable stay, we ask that you follow these rules if you bring your pet to the property: 1. Only dogs and cats are allowed (please inquire about other pets before booking). 2. Pets must remain in the garden area. 3. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms, beds, or sofas. 4. Small breed dogs are allowed on the first floor and must use a blanket or pet bed (you can bring your own or request one in advance). 5. It is the owner's responsibility to pick up after their pet immediately. 6. Any damage caused by a pet will be the owner's responsibility, and the owner will be responsible for any repairs or cleaning costs. 7. Smoking is permitted outside the house (terrace and garden area). 8. Gatherings (maximum 5) are welcome; an additional cleaning fee will apply. Payment Method: Once the guest pays the 15% deposit to Homestay.com online, a 50% advance payment (via bank or PayPal) will be received, and the remaining balance will be due on the day of arrival. Cancellation Policies: To cancel a reservation, guests must contact us at least 7 days before arrival to receive a refund.
