Cat Moos and I live in the centre of Rotterdam, surrounded by all sorts of shops and hospitality businesses, at a stone's throw away from museums, cinemas, and concert venues. We enjoy our compact but spacious apartment on the fourth floor at the top of the stairs (no elevator) with its sunny balcony adjacent to the guest room and the kitchen.

- Nowhere on the premises shall a smartphone's loudspeaker be used. (The room includes earphones.) - Only cigarette tobacco, herbs, and weed are allowed to be smoked indoors. Rolling tobacco, cigars, and other smokables can be consumed on the balcony. - Anything turned on in a room (radiator, light) must be turned off before leaving, except for lights in the guest room when visiting the loo and/or shower. - Cat Moos always has complete freedom in the common areas. - The neighbour's terrace shall not be littered on.
