This home has been in my family for over 50 years. It is a small space cozy enough for singles, couples, or a couple with children. It's not recommended for more than two adults. This is the center part of a home with an attached guest space & a business on opposite sides however each space is private w/ separate entrances and no interaction between the three is preferred. Parking at the street available & the location is right off the highway with 3 outdoor kitties to greet you upon arrival!

I would prefer to be paid in advance using Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle bank transfer. My cancellation fee is half of the total booking. Check in 3pm Check out 11am No additional guests on the property without my permission. No interacting with guests in attached spaces. Must park in front of the house on the street.
