My house is simple and cozy, 3 rooms available for university students, erasmus, travelers, fully equipped. An old building but the house is completely renovated, it has everything you may need for your comfort. It is a very familiar house where I live with my kitten Laria and wonderful people who come for 1 or 6 months, we form a multicultural and multiracial family that transcends the ranch on many occasions. It breathes tranquility, harmony and confidence. We are in the Center of Oviedo with public transport at street level, leisure areas, shopping centers, museums, monuments, green areas. Do not wear shoes at home, wash used dishes and kitchen utensils and leave the common areas as you found them, it is your home, treat it well. Do not make noise after 11:30 PM. No smoking in the room, only in the living room. Be kind to your housemates.
