Single male with nice friendly family dog. Grown Children (don't live in home). Nice clean quiet environment. Love art, music and fine wine. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the community.

Kitchen rules if you empty it fill it if you dirty it clean it if you open it close it if you spill it wipe it up if you cook share it. No one is to have keys to the house other than original guest and no company unless it is discussed first.
