Short walking distance to UPenn & Drexel, my place is conveniently located about 3.5 miles from the convention center, where Reading Terminal is also located. The Mann music center, Please Touch museum, Philadelphia Zoo, Fairmount park are all very short walks. Bus number forty or number 10 trolley will take you directly into 30th st station then into Center City. Walk into the house, on the first floor is the living & dining area which opens into the kitchen that leads to the backyard. You're welcome to use living space with one simple rule in mind, leave it how you found it and clean up after. The 2nd floor is my space, which has a lounge area which you're more than welcome to hang out in. Your space - third floor has 3 bedrooms listed as Libra, Scorpio & Venus with one bathroom. Each room can be reserved individually. There is appleTV, fridge, microwave, some accessories and complementary bottles of water. Clean essentials in all the rooms. The space has excellent wireless internet speed super comfy beds to rest in, a computer desk to study and plenty of storage. The backyard has a table, chairs, small charcoal grill for grilling. This is a very clean large space for your relaxing enjoyment. Smoking is designated only on the front porch or the backyard. The street is safe and easy access to everything Philadelphia has to offer.

This is a very clean house and would like it to stay that way. Bedroom's are on the 3rd floor of the house, must be able to have fun climbing stairs..I know I do. Lock front door when coming and going, always. Same with backdoor if you do go out to the backyard. You use the kitchen, clean up immediately after as you found it. Please no pets (additional fee) if you must bring one. No guests allowed in the house not registered in the booking reservation. No smoking in the house (front porch & backyard only). Please take off shoes when you enter the house. Bring warm clothes in the winter.
