The Guest Bedroom is fully airconditioned, has lockable wardrobes, 24 hour hot water, fans and lights on inverter backup, a 55" TV (also on inverter) with home theatre speakers and OTT news, movies and TV shows from major channels Guests, in the kitchen and dining areas, have access to microwave oven with convection, water purifier, cold water dispenser, a washing machine and ironing facilities with clothes drying racks, they can also use a 4 seater dining table that has a 40" television to play videos and music of their choice. Bike and Car rentals can be arranged and guests will be dropped off in conplimenntary to the bike rental agency to collect and deliver their rental bikes or cars. There is also an inhouse free (within 5 kms) and paid car service to drop off and collect guests from movie theatres, beaches, and restaurants along the coast. The property offers free parking for one guest car and charging facilities for electric bikes and cars
The guests would require to pay 100% advance on the quoted rates for the duration of the stay. If a Guest is not properly registered due.to problems with ID or advance of Cash or any other problem, the invitation by homestay.com to use my homestay at A Vereda through its website or App stands automatically cancelled. The host should be notified for the use of any equipment in the homestay to ensure it's properly used.
