Rooms have access to bathrooms without interfering guests staying in other rooms through a corridor connecting to washrooms. 2 extra beds can placed in 2 rooms. Also, there is a big courtyard in front of house to have evening tea or to sit and relax and watch birds in morning. Guests are free to access all parts of the 100 acres estate. The estate bungalow is built on a hillock in the lap of Himalayas. And river Kalsa flows down along with estate make it the perfect place to enjoy both hill top and river. Walking, trekking, birding, bathing in pristine rivers and waterfalls, star gazing, visiting tiny hamlets, enjoying local cuisine made from organic vegetable grown in our own farm, bee keeping, bird watching, cycling, honeybee keeping, organic farming, horse riding, village Walk, jungle walk and staying in traditional Kumaoni culture are what you can enjoy here. We (owners of property) live in our ancestral house which is adjacent to this property. We would be happy to accompany you for morning walks to show our estate.

We continue to look for innovative ways to practice the responsible and sustainable use of natural resources and request guests to switch off lights and electrical appliances (water geysers etc.) when not in use while enjoying the unparalleled natural beauty and solitude of Silent Valley. 3.
