I'm a sociable woman who loves a clean house. I love decorating and have a lovely apartment in the Arrancapins neighborhood, a 10-minute walk from downtown Valencia. The center is just one metro stop away. I enjoy decorating, literature, movies, and sports. The bedroom is very large and the apartment is very nice. Note: I welcome guests for a stay of no less than one month.

I'm a quiet woman, and I like peace and quiet. After 10:00 PM, please keep the noise down. Bicycles are allowed; pets are not allowed. Guests who smoke must do so on the balcony. Please use water and electricity responsibly. If you lose your key, you will be charged €20. Guests are not allowed inside without my permission. I do not accept guests for less than 15 days.
