Hi. My name is Gibbs(40) and I work for company in Korea. My wife (36) works at home by herself. She is Outgoing, Cultured, Friendly and also like to travel, so she wants to share it with you as well. My house is located near from Jungdong Station of Busan metro No.2 line. So that it is convenience to communicate everywhere! The sea of Haeundae is 5 minutes, and there are many restaurants, and shops nearby, so you can enjoy food, sightseeing, and shopping. Haeundae Hot Springs, Dalmaji Pass, and Haeundae Traditional Market are also easily accessible. My apartment has three rooms and two bathrooms. I offer 1 rooms and 1 bathroom to guests. Every room includes a spacious window, clean bedding, ample closet space, a desk, and a chair. I believe we can have good opportunity to have wonderful time during your homestay. <Laundry> 1) We do laundry every weekend and about once during the week. you can do it with us or by yourself. 2) If you want to do laundry by yourself, use the washing machine. 3) Use the drying function or the laundry drying rack on the veranda. 4) The washing machine is available from 7am to 9pm. (Noise issue) <Garbage> 1) Please separate and send out the recyclable waste. 2) Please put plastic and bottles in the white container, vinyls in the pink container on the veranda, paper in the paper bag. 3) Disposal trash should be put in the garbage bag. (Garbage bag is in the storage cabinet on the veranda) 4) Put food waste in the food waste bin on the sink. < Cleaning the room by yourself> 1) Ventilating every day 2) You can use the vacuum cleaner. <Bathroom> 1) If you put in a lot of toilet paper, the toilet will get clogged. Put only a small amount in the toilet. 2) After taking a shower, please wipe off the moisture from the mirror, floor, and walls. 3) After taking a shower, please open the door to remove moisture from the bathroom and turn on the exhaust fan (2nd switch) for about 10 minutes. 4) You are responsible for cleaning the bathroom since it is used by only you.
