Comfortable room with separate entrance, airy and bright, air conditioning (Split Royal), TV, wardrobe, hot and cold water, refrigerator, telephone; with bathroom and kitchen dining room, only 15 minutes walking from the center of the city of Holguin. I live on the property and i am available to offer guidance and assistance to guests.
- The guests must be registered in the Tenants Registry as stipulated by the Cuban immigration authorities. - In case of misplacing the keys of the room, a charge of 5 USD will be charged. - Smoking allowed in the open air; inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. - We have a dog so we can not receive guests with allergies to this type of animal.
