This cottages/apartments are located 150 meters away from famous Teaching Hospital & Ruhuna Medical Faculty Karapitiya,Galle.(05minutes walk) in a peaceful hilly area of a land with plants & trees. All infrastructural facilities are available .Two people can stay at 1st unit (44 Karapitiya)& Three people can stay at second unit(Casa 44 - Karapitiya). 4 guests can be stayed at Nature’s Lodge- Galle. In Sky Loft 2 guests can stay. These cottages/ units are very famous among Foriegn Elective/Medical students coming to Teaching Hospital & Medical Faculty Karapitiya .Guests has to pay the actual electricity bill since guests have the option to use AC facilities. There is a Garden for two units &the kitchen consist off all basic accessories & equipments including a fridge,gas cooker,toaster ,coffee making machine & tea making facility etc.Three units have been shown as three rooms here due to non availability of options to advertise separately.
No Pets ,Guests can smoke out side & Lights,Fans & AC's should be offed when leaving the place Out side people can not be accommodated to the house An Additional charge will be applied for Air Conditioner(Rs750 per day).Long term guests (above 1month)can pay actual electricity bill.(Kw/h)
