Traditional house of 400 m2 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a 90 m2 living room for the exclusive use of visitors. Located in the Cabuérniga Valley (Cantabria) on a large property in the town centre 200 metres from the town hall. My wife and I live here. I speak English and can communicate in French and Italian.

We live in an isolated apartment. The spaces, including the bathrooms, dedicated to guests are exclusive to them. We only share the kitchen. The property measures 8,000 square meters, but guests can only use the surroundings of the house. Guests are allowed to smoke outside. Only basic respect for furniture and decorative objects is requested. We prefer to pay in cash.
