We have a pool and a tropical garden you can relax in looking onto a forest, with beautiful walking tracks. 40 min to Gold Coast, 20 min to CBD, and close to public transport. As I have just joined this platform I thought I would include this review I just received from a French Student. My three-month stay at Claire and Trevor's house was nothing short of magical. Nestled near a serene forest, the property provided an idyllic setting where kangaroo sightings were a delightful bonus. The cozy accommodation was perfect for relaxation, and the peaceful surroundings offered a much-needed escape from the everyday hustle. Claire and Trevor made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and insightful local recommendations. Their friendliness and attention to detail truly enhanced my stay, making it memorable and enjoyable. Cooking can be done in your own kitchenette upstairs. But if you need to use the stove or oven you are welcome to use our fully equipped kitchen. No shoes upstairs and please switch off the lights before going to bed. You are welcome to use our washing machine $8.00 per load. Friends are welcome but not to sleep over. The pool and garden can be used when we are not home.
