My condo is in the village of Laguna Woods. I have a large guest bedroom/bath with a view. There are walking paths outside the door, arboretum and lots of flowers with a patio for tea or coffee/breakfast. Gym, pool, restaurant and stables are available with hostess. The beach is 7 miles and hiking in the hills 4 miles. My interests are photography, watercolor. No pets. UCI students who study English there have stayed here. 2 vaccines needed to stay here. I hate doing laundry so 4 day minimum stay. Sunday is blueberry pancake breakfast. I share if I cook or buy too much food.
NEED 2 COVID VACCINES. It's quiet here in the morning (except when gardeners are mowing) and after 10PM on work days. The refrigerator in the bedroom is small but will hold snacks and drinks. Please be responsible for any spills, stains to the carpet. PLEASE NOTE : If you snore, please use a device to lower sound as the wall is thin between rooms and sound travels easily.
