My home is a 4 bedroom/3 bathrooms. I live with my Poodle, Zoe and Siamese cat, Kalani. I have two rooms that I rent. One is large bedroom with mini fridge and microwave (bathroom is down the hall, but not shared. The second bedroom is a suite with Kitchenette, Ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, access to patio and private entrance if needed.

Guests to maintain a clean room. I do provide professional cleaning every 2 weeks. Thermostat is not to be adjusted. I do require a $100 cleaning deposit (non-refundable) and $100 security deposit (refundable)
