Recently renovated Victorian house with large rooms fully furnished. House has been divided into units. Accomodation suitable for students and is owner occupied with family living in a separate flat. You will share kitchen and toilets with females only. Cleaner provided once per week and laundry service is separate and is paid per usage.

Essential cleaning items provided and clean required toilet and kitchen after use, no pet, no guests overnight, no smoking inside. Cash payment or bank transfer accepted. Notice 2 weeks short term and 4 weeks long term for cancellation. Deposit returned at end of lease. No food scraps in sink or wipes into toilet. No hair left into the shower or toilet not flushed. Principal door always closed after enter or leave. No noise during quiet hours. Heating is available with fair usage with few hours in the morning and in the evening. Excessive usage will be charged.
