Clean up after self: In regard to shared spaces, like the kitchen and living room. Sustainable Practices Conserve water and energy: Please turn taps and lights off when not in use 1. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: Please help us to reduce waste by using the recycling bins and reusing items where ever possible. 2. Eco-friendly products: We provide eco-friendly soap, shampoo, and toilet paper; please make use of this to reduce environmental impacts. Cultural Respect 1. Modest Dressing: Please cover your shoulders and knees while going into and interacting with the local community. 2. Remove Shoes: Please remove your shoes before entering our home or the homes of the locals. 3. Respect local culture: Understand, learn, and respect local practices and customs Safety and Security 1. Lock doors and windows: Remember to lock your room and the main house when you leave 2. Take care of belongings: Always look after your personal belongings and take care of your valuables 3.
