This studio actually has no shared space with the owner. It is one bedroom, one bath, separate entrance, driveway parking, pets allowed. Wifi, ac/heat, smart tv, microwave, fridge, linens. Short or long stays ok.

No parties, no cooking/barbecuing. Guest will be asked to leave if excessive noise. No entrance to main house. Owner does not expect guests to clean or similar before leaving. Lockbox entrance, no time limit.
